BodyBilt Referral Program Terms
YourCustomChair.com may, from time to time, offer BodyBilt consumer customers (users of BodyBilt chairs or ErgoFusion workstation accessories) the opportunity to earn rewards by persuading others to purchase BodyBilt products as part of a Referral Program. Participation in the Referral Program may require participants to submit personal information about themselves and their friends, such as names and email addresses. By participating in the Referral Program, participants agree to receive communications regarding the program from YourCustomChair.com and its partners regardless of previous communication preferences. The following guidelines for participation apply to all participants of the Referral Program:
- In order to participate one has to either be an BodyBilt/ErgoFusion customer or be referred to the program from a BodyBilt/ErgoFusion customer.
- New referrals will be asked to go through an Ergonomic Assessment by phone. In order for the referring party and the referral to earn rewards, the referral must complete the info form on our website and participate in an Ergonomic Assessment by phone with one of our Ergonomic Specialists.
- If the referral enters their info (name, phone, email) on our website, but does not complete an Ergonomic Assessment by phone, the referral will not earn the $25 reward. Referring parties may earn one ($25) reward per each referral who enters their info on the site and completes the Ergonomic Assessment.
- Referring current or former BodyBilt customers will not be eligible for rewards.
- Users may not participate in the Referral Program where doing so would be prohibited by laws or regulations.
- Credit for referrals can only be given is the referring party and referral use their unique referral link.
- Participants may not use spamming techniques or engage in unsolicited marketing techniques to persons unknown to them, including but not limited to PPC bidding, creating web sites or using any existing web marketing platforms to advertise the program outside of the established parameters of the BodyBilt Referral Program. You will obtain the consent of any individual whose e-mail address you provide prior to sending any referral e-mail.
We reserve the right to change or amend these terms at any time without prior notification to the participants. We also reserve the right to remove any participant from the program and nullify any rewards earned if the participant is found by YourCustomChair.com to be in violation of any of the above terms. All participant information gathered through the Referral Program will be subject to YourCustomChair.com's privacy policy.
